PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fiberglass fuel tank coated in gelcoat suitable for several Honda models CB 500 Four and 550 Four. Tested to verify the sealand guaranteed to be used with standard petrol and racing gasoline withethanol percentages below 10%. This fuel tank can be ordered with trasparent band to check the fuel level or Metal Flake finishing: download the file to see an example. We recommend rinsing with gasoline before use.

To install the new fiberglass tank it is almost always necessary to modify other parts of the motorcycle, such as the seat, rear lights, mudguard and license plate support. The assembly of fiberglass tanks requires the use of rubber pads to absorb vibrations and protect the frame from bumps and scratches. Almost every fiberglass fuel tanks have anchored pawls resinated both at the front and at the rear: these joints can be used to fix the fuel tank with rubber elastic mountings. Some models instead have the same joints as the original fuel tank.

Le confermo che questo serbatoio benzina può essere installato anche su Honda CB 500 Four K3 my 1978 e le allego il link ai vari modelli di sella che può abbinare a questo serbatoio click here to view the link. Io le consiglierei di restringere la scelta tra i codici 722-HO, SLL-BM-HO e la 511 che hanno una larghezza anteriore molto simile a quella del serbatoio: come forme direi che la sella codice 722-HO è quella che si adatta più a quelle del serbatoio ma questa è una valutazione personale.
