Team Metisse seat height lowering kit: lowering is done by replacing the rear shock absorber mounting bracket. This allows even shorter riders to reach the ground more safely with both feet with a better control of the bike. The motorcycle's riding characteristics remain of a high standard because each motorcycle undergoes extensive riding tests before receiving an ABE or TÜV certificate. On some motorcycles it is also advisable to adjust the fork, pulling out the stems and lowering the front height as well. If installing this kit it is necessary to modify the front end as well, then detailed, easy-to-understand assembly instructions specific to each model are provided. For some models it may also be recommended to shorten the side stand slightly, as the bike will stand more upright after the conversion.
