DID chains are extremely strong, durable and efficient: high efficiency combined with smooth, fast reaction to load changes and high resistant to deformation and stretching. The secret behind the astonishing performance of these chains is DID's exclusive hardening process for the pins: this special treatment produces an extremely hard surface layer, while maintaining a softer inner core. These chains combine extreme impact resistance with efficient shock absorption. Supersprox manufactures steel and alloy racing sprockets: all components are CAD designed and cut using laser technology. Transmission gears made of light steel represent the perfect combination of longevity and performance: Supersprox steel sprockets feature thicker teeth than those of the competition, ensuring a longer life and better coupling with the drive chain. The wheel hub mounting flange is machined and lightened to reduce rotating mass by up to 20%. The steel ratios are finished with Tri-Zinc technology that uses three distinct coatings to ensure high performance, maximum durability and better design.
