Mass Double Type1 exhaust muffler with sporty design: designed with specific shape and size for each motorcycle model. Each exhaust silencer is dyno tested on the motorcycle model for which it is made: increased power and torque, improved acceleration, and reduced weight and fuel consumption. Installation of this exhaust silencer does not require remapping the original ECU or even the use of additional ECU such as Dynojet or the Rapid Bike. Handcrafted in stainless steel with special attention to the quality of materials and details in the welds to ensure maximum reliability and durability! Quick and easy assembly without modification: complete kit with all components for assembly and Homologation certificate for road circulation.

Yes, it is possible to remove the DB killer, and doing so will increase the exhaust sound. To comply with Euro 5 regulations, the manufacturer had to secure the DB killer fixing bolt with a small weld point. Because of this, the DB killer is not immediately removable in the standard way. However, it can still be removed by carefully forcing or breaking that weld point, which will allow you to access and unscrew the fixing bolt. Once the DB killer is removed, the exhaust will produce a louder and more aggressive sound. Even after this modification, it is always possible to reinstall and bolt the DB killer back into place, returning the exhaust to its original configuration.

Se la sua Benelli Leoncino Trail è il modello 800 allora le confermo che questo è il terminale di scarico adatto; per quanto riguarda il db killer, le confermo che è fissato con un bullone. Se non sbaglio l'unica operazione necessaria a rimuovere il db-killer con retina è la rimozione del punto di saldatura che viene dato sul bullone di fissaggio. Ad ogni modo, posso dirle che il terminale produce un gran bel suono anche con db-killer inserito.

No, non teniamo questi terminali a magazzino ma vengono prodotti su richiesta in base al materiale e alla finitura scelta dal cliente; attualmente i tempi di attesa sono di circa 6 settimane.

L'argomento bende genera sempre grandi discussioni -soprattutto tra gli utenti dei forum di settore- ma le posso assicurare che tra l'utilizzo dei terminali così come li riceve oppure bendati, non noterà alcuna differenza, sotto nessun punto di vista, ne a livello di prestazioni ne a livello di temperature del motore o dei gas di scarico: è una prova che non credo sia mai stata fatta -se non magari su macchine da gara- ma sono convinto che su questo tipo di moto non rileverebbe nessuna differenza neanche se mettesse la moto sul moto su un banco prova.

Buongiorno, dal punto di vista del suono e delle delle prestazioni, c'è qualche differenza tra questo scarico per Benelli Leoncino 800 Trail e quello con le retine rompifiamma? Ovviamente mi auguro sia migliorato rispetto a quello di serie. Grazie

No, la differenza tra i 2 terminali di scarico è puramente estetica e non ci sono altre differenze: chiaramente i terminali hanno entrambi delle prestazioni ottimizzate rispetto ai terminali di serie. Tutti i terminali Mass vengono progettati, testati e omologati per il modello specifico di moto in modo da massimizzare i benefici che si possono ottenere dall'installazione di uno scarico aftermarket.
