Carburetor float Dell'Orto FHE, SHB

Original Dell'Orto replacement float: made of plastic resistant to modern gasoline. This is the only needle valve float available for these carburetor models: it is possible that the weight of these floats is different from the one installed as standard on the carburetor. This is because the specific weight of the different gasolines used over the years has changed. Also, it is possible that the color of the floats is different, and this is because the material from which modern floats are made has changed. This type of float is sold individually: there is a pair of floats for each carburetor.

Dell'Orto 6289 float features:

Correct installation of the float on carburetors always requires checking the fuel level: in case the level does not match the one indicated by the manual or is not parallel to the plane of the fuel bowl, it is recommended to bend the tab so as to bring the floats to the correct position.

• PHBG: 16+/-5mm
• PHBE, PHF, PHM: 18+/-5mm
