PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Modified Mikuni TM40 flat-valve carburetor with acceleration pump. The set-up of this carburetor is configured to fit the specific motorcycle model: suitable for installation on the intake manifold and stock air filter box sleeve. The supplied jets are compatible with models with original airbox, without the use of the intake sleeve. Complete kit of assortment of maximum jets of different sizes: this makes it possible to adapt the configuration of the carburetor to exhaust systems or air filters other than those installed as standard. Mikuni TM flat-valve carburetors offer a number of advantages over the stock Mikuni CV round-valve carburetors, with power increases of up to 25% more: improved throttle response, better acceleration, increased power and torque.

Buonasera, una domanda. Vorrei sostituire l'attuale mikuni bst 40 con il vostro mikuni TM40, per quanto riguarda il sensore TPS? Come dovro' montarlo? Grazie.

Dipenda da che tipo di TPS ha installato la sua KTM; se è del tipo fisso come credo allora le basterà smontarlo e rimontarlo, se invece ha la regolazione allora dovrà impostare il punto di fissaggio per poterlo montare correttamente. La differenza tra i 2 modelli è visibile anche ad occhio perchè il modello fisso ha i fori sul corpo (come questo ad esempio) mentre i TPS regolabili hanno le asole (come invece ha questo click here to view the link).

Buonasera, scusate io ho un KTM 640 SM 2006, il tm40 monta sui collettori originali, bisogna eliminare lo snorkel dal coperchio airbox? Che getti vengono forniti? Ho terminali scarico gpr. Grazie, saluti.

Le confermo che per l'installazione di questo kit carburatore Mikuni non richiede nessuna modifica; il carbutore è compatibile sia con i cavi gas originali sia con i collettori di aspirazione lato motore e lato airbox. Il produttore non specifica la grandezza dei getti presenti nel kit ma posso dirle che oltre a quelli in dotazione nel carburatore come settaggio base vengono forniti ulteriori getti per adattare la carburazione al suo modello specifico.
