High-quality Venhill clutch cable are made in the UK with marine-grade stainless steel inner wire. Venhill clutch cables provide smooth operation with very low friction, relieving pressure on the hand, especially in stop/start traffic and during long rides. The PTFE (Teflon) coating also eliminates the need for lubrication and ensures longer life than original clutch cables. Each cable is designed with a "birdcage" construction, a special process applied to the end of the inner wire that allows solder to penetrate the weave of the cable, making the bond with the nipple much stronger.
