Matris steering damper complete with mounting kit: improves front end control by dampening oscillations and rapid setting changes. Adjustable hydraulic steering damper: complete kit with mountings, brackets and small parts.
Matris SDK and SDR steering damper features:
- hydraulic brake with calibrated holes: progressive hydraulic damping "Speed Sensitive"
- titanium outer cylinder: external tank of controlled thermal compensation, pressurized nitrogen(N2)
- double chamber system with internal coaxial cylinder in anodized Al7075 aluminum alloy
- single rod system supported by oilless slide bearings
- rod in high strength alloy steel with hard chrome coating
- fixing joint made of aluminum with chromium/PTFE/Bronze wheel
- mounting position: stock
Matris SDR steering damper plus:
- hydraulic brake with RacingReplica-derived active micrometric adjustment adjustable in 16 positions vs. 13
- rod lapped finished for an effectively zero friction and PVD TIN(Titanium Nitride) surface treatment
