Carburetor float Dell'Orto PHBE, PHBH, PHBL, PHF, PHM, VHSA/B/C

Original Dell'Orto replacement float: made of plastic resistant to modern gasoline. This needle valve float is available in different weights, from 3.6gr to 5.2gr: it is possible that the weight of these floats is different from the one installed as standard on the carburetor. This is because the specific weight of the different gasolines used over the years has changed. Also, it is possible that the color of the floats is different, and this is because the material from which modern floats are made has changed. This type of float is sold individually: there is a pair of floats for each carburetor.

Correct installation of the float on carburetors always requires checking the fuel level: in case the level does not match the one indicated by the manual or is not parallel to the plane of the fuel bowl, it is recommended to bend the tab so as to bring the floats to the correct position.
