PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Suitable for several R Boxer 2V twin spark with Bosch three phase alternator: replacement for breaker points and advance unit or the first electronic ignition. Compatible with original ignition coils: make sure that the original ignition coils have a resistance between 2Ω and 5Ω. Optical sensor is installed on the alternator: OEM BMW hall-effect sensor or points and ignition box are replaced by this kit and can be removed. For regular operation 2 individual ignition coils with a primary resistance between 2Ω-5Ω must be used: note that the OEM BMW hall effect sensor often use coils below 2Ω which are not compatible with this kit.

Amazing digital ignition system with 9 selectable ignition advance curves and rev limit settings. With a more modern hall-effect signal and even diagnostic capability, there is no more advanced unit available today! Light weight, easy to install and operate, and German build quality all in one unit. Expect easier starting, better throttle response and more protection for your coil. Functions: per revolution of the crankshaft starting from TDC, the momentary peripheral speed is determined and by this means, the time up to ignition is calculated. Because the peripheral speed varies substantially during acceleration, this long measurement is selected in order to determine a relatively exact measurement. The following computation of ignition timing is divided into 4 ranges: 0-400rpm: starting range, ignition always at TDC 400-1.000rpm: idling range, 2°-8° advanced ignition, depending on curve selection 1.000-6.200rpm: partial load range, the spark advance adjustment occurs here 6.200-10.000rpm: maximum load range, constant 32° to 39° advanced ignition, depending on curve selection.

Le allego il link alle bobine di accensione elettronica Dynatek Mini da abbinare a questa centralina click here to view the link; la prego di notare che le serviranno n.2 bobine dato che questa centralina è compatibile con i modelli BMW che utilizzano di serie la doppia bobina di accensione a 12V. Se invece la sua BMW su cui deve essere installata la centralina ha l'accensione originale con bobina singola a 12V oppure le 2 bobine a 6V collegate in serie allora dovrà acquistare questo kit di accensione elettronica click here to view the link in abbinamento a n.1 bobina a doppia uscita click here to view the link
Buongiorno, sarei intenzionato a sostituire l’attuale accensione a puntina del mio 80/7 con questo sistema. Però non riesco a capire: va al posto dell’attuale puntina o modificato l’alternatore? Ho 2 bobine 6Volt Bosch originali: Sono riutilizzabili?

Le confermo che il piatto dei pick-up di questa centralina sostituisce il piatto di accensione con puntine e condensatore originale, calettato sull'albero motore: non è necessario effettuare modifiche all'alternatore ma non è possibile utilizzare le bobine di accensione originali. Questa centralina però è adatta per i modelli che di serie montano la singola bobina a 12V con uscita doppia: se lei ha un'accensione con n.2 bobine a 6V allora questo è il kit corretto click here to view the link.
