Buongiorno Sono Moreno Maggi. Ho appena ricevuto il mio ordine no. 85306W032023. Ho notato che il filtro che mi avete inviato (mod. 0X36D) ad una estremità manca la guarnizione in gomma. Il precedente mi sembrava l'avesse....

Se si riferisce all'ordine n.64544 del 2021 allora si, i due filtri differiscono leggermente; quello da lei acquistato nell'ordine precedente era il filtro olio motore Mahle OX37D che differisce proprio per un o-ring click here to view the link

Avete disponibile guarnizione tappo scarico olio motore BMWR100GS 92 Posso ordinarla con il filtro olio? Come?

Si, le confermo che potrà ordinare la rondella di tenuta del tappo di scarico coppa olio motore insieme al filtri olio: le basterà inserire entrambi i prodotti nel carrello e procedere con l'ordine andando alla cassa: le allego il link alle guarnizioni click here to view the link
