The Mikuni VM30-83 is supplied with the following factory jetting installed: pilot jet 40 (VM22/210), needle 6F5, needle jet P-5 (159 Series), main jet 250 (4/042), air jet 2.0, slide cutaway 3.0 (VM34/110), needle valve 3.3 (VM34/39).

Dimensions: rubber sleeve engine connection outside diameter 40mm, inside 30mm, air intake connection outside diameter 58mm, total depth 102mm, totale heigth 137mm, total width 83mm.

Hi. i thought the VM36 would be a bit too big for Laverda 750SF with VHB30s . regards David

It depends on the settings of your bike but if the engine of your Laverda 750SF is original you could also go for a couple of Dell'Orto PHF 36 carb like those installed on the 750 GTL (if I am not wrong) click here to view the link

Mi spiace non essere in grado di rispondere alla sua domanda ma non conosco le dimensioni e le specifiche del carburatore originale della sua Kawasaki Z 400 my 1975: sicuramente dovranno essere apportate delle modifiche per poterlo installare, o ai collettori o ai manicotti della scatola filtro oppure al settaggio.
