Salve ho comprato 4 freccie a led, ma montando 4 frecce non funziona, se monto 2 freccie dietro e 2 originali davanti vanno veloce, allora penso che ci vuole resistenza, vanno bene?quante devo acquistare

Può risolvere il problema installando delle resistenze oppure un relé specifico per frecce a led.
Nel primo caso deve calcolare lei il tipo di resistenza necessaria in base al relé installato.
In alternativa può appunto sostituire il relé originale con uno specifico, come ad esempio questo:
