JMT Li-Ion Lithium-Ion Battery: JMT lithium-ion batteries use iron phosphate (LiFePO4) as the cathode material and employ the lithium polymer process in their manufacturing. As a result, they cannot catch fire or explode during normal operation: this technology and manufacturing process ensure the highest safety standards for lithium batteries. Standard lead-acid batteries can only utilize 30% of their capacity, while lithium-ion batteries consume nearly 100% of their capacity: for this reason, JMT lithium-ion batteries require only one-third of the capacity of a comparable lead-acid battery for the same starting power. By replacing a standard lead-acid battery with a JMT lithium-ion battery, you can save up to 5kg in weight. The uniform state of charge of all cells is also ensured by an integrated processor known as a charge balancer.
