DESCRIPTION

Alloy gas tank suitable for several Harley-Davidson models Sportster produced from 2007 onwards: this tank must be installed on the original frame fixing point without modifications. This tank is compatible with several Harley-Davidson models with electronic ignition: OEM Harley-Davidson fuel pump module must be installed. It features a a retro style key lock mounted gas cap. This fuel tank is delivered unpainted and unsealed: these gas tanks are leak-free, however an internal coat treatment is recommended. A fitting test of the tank on the bike is recommended before a pressure test and before painting. Pay attention to not overtighten it and stress the fixing mounts: they can stress the tank and start cracks in it.
