DESCRIPTION

Steering bearing conversion kit suitable for several Moto Guzzi models Serie Piccola: this kit allows to replace the classic ball bearings with modern roller bearings. Complete kit for installation without modification: kit contains 2 roller bearings, 2 bearing seats, 2 steering head mounting seats, dust cover and steering head nut.

Steering bearing mounting seat dimensions:

upper part bearing seat: outer diameter 58mm, inner diameter 54mm, inner height 14mm, outer height 16mm
lower part inside the headstock: inner diameter 22.8mm, outer diameter 26.7mm
upper part with bearing installed: total outer height 20.7mm

NOTE! It is possible that this kit may not fit on all models visible in the compatibility table: on some models the distance between the lower fork bridge and the upper fork bridge does not allow the installation of the kit. Please make sure that the sum of the 2 total outer heights of the mounting seats with bearing installed (51.4mm) and that of your headstock matches the distance between the 2 steering fork bridges.

Buongiorno,

occorre misurare la distanza interna tra le due piastre di sterzo. La lunghezza del cannotto di sterzo sommata ai 51,4mm delle n°2 flange con cuscinetto presenti nel kit di trasformazione click here to view the link deve risultare chiaramente inferiore.

Buongiorno, il kit comprende un solo parapolvere. Va montato sopra o sotto? Grazie

Le confermo che a quanto ci risulta questo kit cuscinetti di sterzo è adatto anche per la sua Moto Guzzi V 35 II ma la prego di effettuare la verifica direttamente sulla sua moto: dovrebbe verificare che la distanza attuale tra le due piastre di sterzo non sia inferiore alla lunghezza del cannotto di sterzo originale della sua Moto Guzzi V 35 II sommata ai 51.4mm delle due sedi completi di cuscinetti installati.

Salve, questo kit può essere montato su di una V50 II del 1980 con il canotto a sfere (non cuscinetti). Prima di ordinarle vorrei esser sicuro. Grazie .

Il kit in questione è da considerarsi completo per la modifica sul mio V 35c 1986, ho ha bisogno di modifiche o altri componenti? O forse devo prendere il 300038403-1 ? Grazie

Le confermo che questi set di trasformazione dei cuscinetti dal modello a sfere a quelli moderni a rulli conici è completo per il montaggio: la differenza con il set codice 300038403-1 è che quest'ultimo ha le sedi dei cuscinetti prodotte in acciaio inox anzi che in acciaio zincato nero.

Salve, come mai è compreso un nuovo dado? Quello originale cromato non si può riutilizzare?

No, le confermo che dado originale non si può montare ma dovrà utilizzare quello ribassato in dotazione.
